TheraLine Class IV Laser - 1760 mW

By Northeast EquiWellness

Multiple wavelengths & high intensity for focused therapy and faster results.

A powerful veterinary laser manufactured in a facility following ISO 13485 medical device standards.

Light therapy is most effective when it can be matched to the tissue and situation .

Superficial structures, deeper muscle layers, and joint regions all respond differently depending on wavelength, intensity, and application time. The TheraLine Laser gives you that level of control in a single, portable unit.

Where this fits

This device is well-suited for:

  • Equine health professionals who want a flexible, professional-grade class 4 veterinary laser
  • Experienced horse owners looking for a powerful tool for equine rehab or maintenance
  • Situations where high irradiance and deep penetration matter

The broad spectrum of wavelengths make the laser useful for treating a wide range of areas, from superficial soft tissue to deeper structures.

Common Applications

Our TheraLine Class IV Laser is ideally incorporated into veterinary-directed rehabilitation and equine bodywork programs to support horses experiencing:

  • Arthritis and age-related joint stiffness
  • Acute and chronic muscle soreness
  • Tendon and ligament injuries
  • Muscle strains and tears
  • Back pain, including horses with kissing spines
  • Neck and poll tension
  • Sacroiliac (SI) region discomfort
  • Bruising and soft tissue trauma
  • Wounds, abrasions, and superficial skin injuries
  • Post-operative healing
  • Scar tissue management
  • Localized inflammation and swelling
  • Trigger points and areas of muscle tension

Multi-wavelength design

The TheraLine Class IV Laser combines three clinically studied wavelengths:

  • 660nm (Red light) – supports superficial tissue and skin-level circulation
  • 810nm (Near-infrared) – penetrates deeper into muscle and connective tissue
  • 980nm (Near-infrared) – suited for even deeper structures and higher absorption in water-rich tissues

We selected these wavelengths specifically to allow you to work across a wide range of tissue depths without switching devices.

Adjustable output

The TheraLine Class IV Laser allows you to adjust power output between 25/50/75/100%.

With both:

  • Continuous mode
  • Pulsed mode (10Hz)

How it’s used

  • Adjustable session time (1–60 minutes)
  • Can be used on targeted areas as needed

Always use with appropriate handling and awareness of the treatment area.

Never stare directly into the lasers.

New to equine laser therapy?

This is a powerful & adjustable device intended for intentional, targeted application .

If you’re new to laser therapy, we recommend starting with shorter sessions and lower power settings while you become familiar with using the device.

If your horse has a specific injury you're treating, we recommend reaching out to your veterinarian for help deciding on a protocol. They will know your horse's situation best.

You will be provided a user manual and protocol guide to assist you while you get the hang of things.

Contraindications for Use

  • Do not use directly on cancerous growths.
  • Do not use on recent burns.
  • Do not use if horse is photosensitive (some medications can cause this, including certain antibiotics).
  • Do not use on an open wound.
  • Light therapy should be used as a complementary approach to your horse’s existing veterinary care plan, not as a replacement
