When does my rental start?

At local handoff, or on confirmed delivery for shipped rentals. Your return deadline is agreed before payment; transit to you does not use your rental days.

Can I have it shipped?

LED equipment can be quoted for shipping with a 14-day minimum. Round-trip shipping is additional; a prepaid return label is included in that quote.

How does the deposit work?

Your deposit is separate from the rental fee. We inspect returned equipment within 3 business days and initiate its refund, less any documented damage or missing-item charges. Normal wear and routine cleaning are included.

Can I extend my rental?

Ask at least 48 hours before your return deadline. Extensions depend on availability; fees already paid count toward the applicable longer-term rate.

What if the equipment stops working?

Stop use and contact us promptly. For a verified equipment fault, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund unusable rental days.

Is this a veterinary treatment service?

This is an equipment rental with general operating guidance. It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment, and clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.
