Packed with an irradiance of 120 mW/sq cm, this bell boot is truly brilliant, and perfect for delivering red and near-infrared light therapy to your horse's pastern, coronary band, and hoof structures. The red light setting is great for reducing swelling and improving circulation, while the near-infrared wavelength is extremely beneficial in targeting the deeper structures within your horse's foot. Reduced blood circulation is implicated in many hoof disorders including laminitis and chronic infections like WLD & thrush.
The feature of near-infrared light is a GAMECHANGER as this wavelength can penetrate beyond the skin into the superficial fascia, muscles, bones, joints, tendons, and ligaments!
